We can only imagine how awkward it must be to not only run into your ex and his new young girlfriend, but then have to perform a sexy dance in front of them.

But if anyone can pull it off, it's Jennifer Lopez.

It was a battle of the exes on Thursday night, as J.Lo performed at the Premios Juventud 2013 -- which translates roughly to "The Youth Awards" and is the Spanish version of the People's Choice Awards -- right in front of her ex-husband Marc Anthony.

Singing her hit songs "Live It Up" and "Get on the Floor," with the help of pal Pitbull, Lopez shimmied and sashayed across the stage in a glittery leotard -- and later, in a scandalous nude bodysuit -- as Anthony and his new girlfriend, Chloe Green, looked on.

It was 22-year-old Green's first official red-carpet outing with Marc, who is 44.

Not to be outdone, 43-year-old Lopez ensured that her very own young lover -- 26-year-old choreographer boyfriend Casper Smart -- was also in the audience, looking very "smart" indeed in a sharp green suit.

Anthony, however, did not just sit idly by; he too, took to the stage, captivating the audience with his powerhouse vocals during his performance of his "Vivir Mi Vida," (which, perhaps fittingly, translates to "Live My Life"), but J.Lo was the undeniable winner of the evening.

Lopez took home the World Icon award that night (while Marc went home empty-handed), tearfully thanking her fans in yet another gorgeous, glittery mini-dress.

“When I see all these images and you beautiful faces, I feel very fortunate to be here tonight," she said. "What I have always wanted to do with my life is to create, sing, dance, act and entertain; and be a good person.”

Mission accomplished, J.Lo. Plus, you look dynamite in a leotard!
