Miley Cyrus enjoyed a meal at The Little Door restaurant in West Hollywood yesterday with some tranny looking creature. In a last ditch effort to avoid being seen in public with it, she attempted to exit through the back door kitchen area only to find that paparazzi aren’t stupid even if they’re all immigrants.
